Sayulita, Mexico. [Part 1]

On June 22 my mom, friend, and I took an excursion to a town called Sayulita. Sayulita is a tourist, beach bum town in Mexico that we had heard about through Pinterest and Instagram, and after seeing all the pictures of Sayulita we knew that we had to visit! Our driver referred to the town as a “hippie hangout” since the beach is right down the way from the town center square. Around the town you see colorful hotels and shops, amazing restaurants, stray dogs, vendors trying to sell jewelry, and let me say they work you for your money! Overall the town was just as pictured and we had a fun time exploring the town center.Β β˜€οΈ

Just a few of the buildings around the area that caught our eyes. And the church is set right in the center square, the white flags that represented a wedding!

A view inside a few shops that we went into!

The beautiful beach that had many tourists learning to surf and locals offering to braid hair and sell us their goods.πŸ„πŸ½

We ate breakfast/lunch at a restaurant called ChocoBanana and it was to die for! Pictured above is their banana nut hotcakes with a side of pineapple and bacon.😍 And this was the perfect way to end our few hours in Sayulita!

I hope you guys enjoy this first part to my Mexico trip! Part 2 will be up soon!

With love, Sydney
